hi I am new but I think I can be of some help I was in the same situation your are in I was never late morgage 350,000 house now worth 300,000. rate was scheduled to adjust 7/2008, I called every one no one will deal before a month it is scheduled to adjust but dont not pay just pay the last day it is due ie if you are due the first pay online with your bank the 14th they called me after three months of the please understand they are greedy and they want their money so aslong as you are not late they cant do any thing but they get nervous when you start paying them later then usual
