So sorry you're going through this. I think it really is a matter of luck and getting the right counselor to help you. Like Moe said, they are so overwhelmed nobody know what the heck is going on. After reading your last post, if I were you I'd hire a real estate attorney to find out what you should do next. Maybe bankruptcy, maybe you can fight
CW back since they screwed up so many times. I think without a lawyer it will be hard to straighten things out in time. Best of luck to you, I know how frustrating it is.
