You are in one of the states that were included in the suit against CW filed by the AGs in these states.............this is regarding the program that begins on Dec. 1st.............so you should be getting either a letter by Dec. 15th or they should have your file flagged for the program..........
I know that you may have already called the specific number for the Dec. 1st program, but if they are telling you that you don't qualify, you need to tell them that your state was a part of the suit and that should qualify you.............

Currently, these programs are available in the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Washington.
