This is the same thing I have come across. I have been dealing with them for about 2 months. They rejected my first application but they will not say because I am "late" they say continue to make your payments and that my investor (Wells Fargo) is the one who actually has the last say to approve my loan mod. So Indy Mac sent me a Loan Application I filled it out week of Nov 17,2008 we will see what becomes of that! It is supposed to be one of "The new programs" |
