It would be great if we can gather some real data points. I began the loan mod process with IndyMac 2 months ago, and they rejected my first application because I was not late in my payments. I have been in contact with them these pas ttwo weeks, and they indicate they have changed this approach,m but I haven't seen anything yet to confirm. |
