Thank you for your responses. I understand it is up to the investor. My inverstor is Wells Fargo. IndyMac is just the servicing company. Any luck or advice with Wells Fargo as being the investor? I wonder if they are only working with people that are late. Also, if they want me to be negative or positive on my budget sheet? I can change some of my expenses (less gas,food).
