Welcome to the forum and thank you for joining............

If your loan is being transferred you would need to wait until the loan information gets to Midland........and unfortunately since the modification wasn't approved through GMAC you would need to ask Midland what options the investor on the loan would have. You can also ask Homecomings what options the investor on your second lien has as well.
