hi,
it seems like we are in the same boat, got screwed by the same lender. i just faxed my paperwork in today, and now im praying for the best. in the meantime i'll have to come up with plan B. my payment will increase from 3000 to 3700, plus 600 for tax and ins. i know some of you has bigger payment than me, but im struggling myself in this economy. these banks got a 25 billion bail out from the gov't to help home owners but instead they just let the money sit. i dont understand why the gov't dont make it mandatory for the banks to bail the home owners who's in trouble. it doesnt make sense to me at all.
