By 2pm today I got tired of waiting for Johnny to call me back so I called
CW myself. I talked to Elaina and she said I have to start the process all over again from scratch and that I also no longer qualify/it's no longer available to me to have the 10yr. extension on my 30yr loan making it a 40yr loan. How can I be sure it will workout the second time around when it blew up in my face this first time? So here I am with the penalties and fees still accumulating daily and now wondering...Should I just file bankruptcy??? Yesterday I had a man come by to see if I still lived here for the 3rd time. At this point I'm afraid that if I don't file bankruptcy I will lose my house...a sale date will be set...foreclosure will be imminent...What should I do now? Any advice would be appreciated...Thanx!!!
