Last month I had received a phone call from my rep in collections and she is the one that said the mod was approved and that is was going to docs, I told her that I was not going to be able to make the payment that month and she told me that it would be ok that even if I made the payment it would only go into a suspense acct. That payment put me over the 90 days.I have not received any forclosure paperwork, I was really counting on a rate reduction even at 5 to 6% i could afford to make the payment but at the 8.875 there is no way I can do that.
