Hey Jerome - we haven't contacted ASC yet, we were gathering info on other issues -- in a bad re-fi a year ago in which the broker & mortgage co swindled us big time! With the downturn of the economy our income dropped 80% so unfortunately couldn't pursue legally. Struggling to make mortgage & will write our letter to ASC & see what happens.
