Update: well, the 24-48 hours came and went with no contact from WAMU- suprise- so I called my contact this morning. She anwered her phone-miracle- and told me it was assigned to a negotiator, gave me her name and said she sent me a letter. She said they are waiting on the BOP and then I will be contacted. She also put a 30 day extension for the sheriffs sale which was scheduled for Dec 4. So, it seems as if something is FINALLY happening! She thanked me for my patience and said people are not as understanding as me and have no idea what the workload is these days.
