I just called countrywide for the second time to ask for help and explained that my wife just got a raise and maybe now I can qualify. I also asked who the investor was. They could not tell me who the investor was. oh, and I know I was talking to someone in india. Last time Rocky told me I did not qualify and this time they updated my info and said they will put me in for a loan mod and to fax our 2 paystubs and 2 bank statements and hardship letter in and wait 30 days for a negotiator. also, if that doesn't work we will look at a H4H program. I have a 30 year fixed with a interest only for 10 years ( 7 left to go). I called them beacuse my second whicj is with homecomings ( 75k at 14% ) won't help.

I am sure we are starting the roller coaster ride.
