I am in MI, too. I was told that I DO qualify for the 12/1 program. I would just keep calling. You get a different person every time, and a different answer along with it. If they said that you should watch your mailbox, they should be able to tell you if you are eligible or not. They are supposed to code your loan if you qualify so that foreclosure activity will be suspended.
