Ok, I continue to leave 3-4 messages a week still trying to verify all documents were recieved that I was told to fax on Oct 24- over 3 weeks ago. NO ONE even bothers to return my calls. I understand they are busy but I even left my email address for this woman, saying I understand how busy they are, especially since many times I call her voicemail box is full, I asked nice and politely to please let me confirm reciept of documents, our sheriffs sale is Dec 4th.....still nothing. I origianlly wanted to send the documents certified mail but was told fax is better. Personally I think it is too easy for stuff to get lost. Also, my original letter to WAMU was a RESPA request to which they have not sent me what I asked for.I sent this a month ago- the letter is earlier on this thread- dated Oct 13th. Any ideas? Anyone?
I would be fuming if it wasn't so damn cold here in MN!
