| Greenpoint to Countrywide
So today I received a letter in the mail stating our Greenpoint loan was now a Countrywide loan. I called Countrywide and they said they haven't received all the documention from Greenpoint and to call back the end of next week. (Thanksgiving weekend, that get me far. Not) Greenpoint has had our info for a mod since October 1st. They even had our home appraised. Now I am wondering what the next step will be. Anyone out there in the middle of a mod that has gotten transfered to a different company. Advice please. Thanks. Joy |
