So do they not offer any type of assistance for any of the loans they service? Not even an extension on the 30 years or a rate decrease.....anything at all? Do you have any other advice as far as what other steps we may be able to take. Would we qualify for any other programs such as the H4H on December 1st or do we need to fall behind on mortgage payments in order to qualify for anything? |
