katie, the rep I talked to told me our loan qualified for the program, and from what I read, the subprime fixed rate loans if qualified will get streamlined rate reductions. after reading the stories, I don't think it will be that easy, ken made it sound as if it was easy, but I don't think so after reading this forum and my prior experiences with
