www.gethuman.com, they may have the formula for getting around that obnoxious recorded voice. It is a very handy site for git arounds on automated phone systems. Put together and added to by all of us very frustrated humans on the other side of the phone.
If they do not.....try my favorite series of 0's any combination, 3, 4, 5 - whatever until you do get through to a human.
