it could be cause I called after hours, going thru my stuff, i got a letter back in october that was dated the 3rd, saying they were considering me for mod that could lower rate and other options, but I got it after Naca submitted thier proposal, they wanted me to call with financials, I didn't I have kinda of taken a stand back approach for now, letting the naca thing try and work first. from what i read i meet the guidelines for the subprime fixed streamlined rate reduction on 12/1. from reading the stories posted all over the web I think
