Update: Still not heard one thing from WAMU- I have left 3 messages a week to check on reciept of documents, and not one return call from the person assigned to us who from what she said , once she gets the papers, she assigns it to a negotiatior. I will just continue leaving messages, I know they are busy, but this has been 3 weeks and she cant even call me to verify she got the paperwork???????? I had to send it via fax, even though I wanted to send it certified mail- she told me fax would be "faster" hahahahah. Should I just keep calling and leaving messages? The sheriffs sale is Dec 4- I really dont care about that because in MN we have a 6 month redemption perid, and frankly,they can take my house if they wont work with us. Actually, by brother is considering going to the courthouse on Dec 4th and offering like 100,000 for it and see what happens!
Any thoughts on what to do next being that I am not hearing back??? What are they doing with my info? I cant even get a response to verify reciept...for all I know it never "got there" even though I have a fax confirmation.
