That is interesting. Greenpoint just finally got the payoff to Citi financial. So hopefully I will get the mod from them. Do you have any good contact people for greenpoint. I just keep leaving messages with them. I would try to contact greenpoint to see if they can transfer all the info you have given them. I wonder if that is why I am not getting any response from Greenpoint because my loan will be sold to Country Wide???? Time will tell. Good luck. Joy |
