Today I phoned Green point and got to nice lady. She looked at our file and said there had never been any requests for payoff. (oh brother), she said she would take care of it right away. I also asked her if our 2nd mortg. person Richard could call a get it and she put his name on the notes for our file saying he had permission to get 30 day payoff. So hopefully I will be a step further in getting our 2nd mtg modified. Thank you again. Joy |
