One more thing, that seems very strange to me. My second lien is Bank of America and i just got a letter stating they sold my loan to Green Tree! Thats seem wierd seeing how i am trying to go through this new program and all that Bank of America is offering. Know why would Bank of America sell my loan less then 30 days from adjustment and going through the process of modification. this doesn't seem right to me. Just a thought. Seems to me they are trying to get rid of a bad loan just before it goes bad. hmmm
