The modifications are given by the investor on your loan..............just ask what options the investor on your loan has for you and if you qualify for the new program beginning on Dec. 1st.
The number you have been calling is the dept. that you would ask about forbearance.............

this number is a different dept. to see if you qualify for the new program...........
