I you are going to try the process on your own, you would need to begin by calling the loss mitigation contacts that I posted above to get the process going with each of the properties.............and you don't have to be late to get help..........you just have to be in a hardship situation.
Buying other properties and letting these properties go is fraud...........it is considered material misrepresentation and is currently being investigated by the FBI, FannieMae and FreddieMac as well........ by presenting to a new lender on new properties that you are going to purchase, that everything is fine with the current properties when you are planning to let them go is misrepresentation.
