Welcome to the forum and thank you for joining.................

I wish we had the "magic number" that the investors are looking for too.....then all members could be approved.....what they are mainly looking for is that you can afford the house and not just the mortgage..........
Here are the contact numbers that you would need to get started........they should also be able to go over the financials with you since yours might be a bit difficult to get together.............you should be able to use the figures that you put together for each of the modifications..........
