I called this am to see if they would help me with a refi with the fha Oct 1 deal and the rep told me they will be closed in the next month or two
I asked her about my loan she says it will be sold.. I asked if they have started foreclosure and she said no..
So would now be a good time to try and get the FHA loan I think Litton is buying the loan
