Don't be late no matter what they say. Keep making the payment. You will still qualify it will just take longer. When they do financials, be realistic on what you can afford. The government says they must help you no matter what. If you keep making the present payment on time, in the end ,will show good faith and they will keep working to find a solution. Also then there won't be any upfront fees when you do qualify and you can catch up on other bills when they give you 1 month off your payment. Pay the least amount you have to on your other bills and I urge you stay current and hang on a little longer. awsomeaaser |
