Well, it's been almost a year (10/07) since I posted my success story with HomEq servicing....I must say, I have been VERY BUSY!!! I am here to say: Loan Modifications DO WORK!!! Our first "official" payment under our new terms was in November 2007. We have not been a day late, EVER, since that day! HomEq gave us a payment we COULD afford and live comfortably! I have spent everyday of this past year, feeling like I again was a first time homeowner! The joy being granted a modification has brought us was immense! I STILL feel like one of the luckiest girls in the world! Moe, looking at the numbers on the site warms my heart! Your site is doing wonders for the American Homeowners! Keep up the great work!!! I am hoping to be a little more active now that the kids are in school, and especially with all the turmoil going on. Thanks again Moe, if it wasn't for you I would be a renter rather than a homeowner... YOUR THE BEST!
