This is what I think.. the investors are relooking at the modifications they are approving.. With all the government interventions happening no one actually knows what is going on...Your "friend" is the first case that I have heard of that the terms were so drastically different... I agree with Ken..QWR's are intimidating..for lenders... especially those mortgages that were quickly sold.. |
