mod 3 # just got it from by fedex today its 4.5% i/o for 5yrs then going to 5.25% life of the loan pmt are down to $ 827.90 they want me to send $800.00 up front witch i,m going too. i have come a long way with this loan when i took out this loan it was 195,000.00 at %11.50 adj rate pmt of $2001.00 and i had a credit mid score of 690 at that time. i,m happy now. i talk a lot of people at country wide last week i talked to a lady and just ask her do you have the power to mod this loan if not i do not need to talk to you put on the phone with the one with the power (peeed her off ) she i have the power i said ok then we need the talk so we did she call me back the next day with # 3 mod. so guess call call call and each time ask person you are talking to for the person over them with more power.it work for me. i can fax all 3 mods to moe or cat for all to see if it will help others. |
