If that is what Owen is telling you, then have the better one notorized and make copies after that for yourself...............and then you send it back by FedEx so that you have the tracking information and you can make sure that it got there o.k. and confirm it with them............
Most modifications have a contact number on the last page...............is that the number you were calling to confirm the agreement?
