I called and asked and was told that they have no info. on that yet. The person I spoke with today said that they have already tried to negotiate with the lender and what I was offered is the best they will do. I am afraid if I commit to this loan mod. I will be eliminating my chance of any govt. assistance for a period of time. I did find out who my negotiator was and left an e-mail for him. So far, I have not heard a thing. This mod.is simply going to put us back in the same position we started in.
