Thank you, for your kind words as usual, but they now have already foreclosed and are starting the eviction process, So, I was not going to let them go unscathed, I don't have an attorney yet, I get 200 to 300 people that drive through my drive way a day now. I was hoping that massive amounts of bad publicity they are getting, and all I am really doing is warning people of them. Just in a way, that will pinch enough to give them a very small dose, of what they have caused in my life the last two years, I just had no Idea it would be as popular and get such massive amounts of positive feedback from John Q. Public, the response actually giving me a new sense of respect for people's spirit in general which I believed, had all but vanished and disappeared. People ask for permission to take pictures and are so polite and friendly about it. It's been incredible, so for what ever it's worth, It was worth it, just to experience this amount of compassion, and never did I believe, that the only negativity I have seen is the posting by the city. But I don't own the house, and the realtor working for the attorney and trustee, must repaint by the 19th or fines will prevail, not what I was looking for in the least but they can't come on the property till they finish the eviction process months. They offered Keys for cash, and upped it to 2500 but told them there is 30k plus wholesale in remodel money there, and I'll be dagnab it if im going to let them just keep my money and make money on my money. Sorry no way, I told the realtor, I ride the process out and save more than 2500, and un re model the house, and give them back what we bought before my sweat equity and investment went in. I also said when they were at 2000 to move out, I would think.... think about 7000 any smart business man or woman in the world would be a fool not to jump all over that. They came back at 2500 hundred and now face all the court battles and cost's, and will get back an un remodeled home too. Don't get me wrong I don't mean a vandalized home back, it will be un-remodeled bye bye granite, cant take off the new roof, but the glass showers, granite sinks hey bye bye, and they cant do anything since, it was all un re modeled prior to the foreclosure date. Faith, understand it is not rage, I'm really mad, about the whole ordeal but there was a point I almost didn't come back from, but I did and now it'is my turn to stand up and say; "hey sorry NO MORE! you took enough", and if I get this attorney to come on board, I had another attorney friend check him out, he said he had never been more impressed by what he found out. That I should tell him, that besides my case I have a friend that already checked him out and will need him to take over a multi million dollar pro per case, that in pro per has won every court appearance thus far on his own but knows his limits and will need an attorney to wrap it all up. So still some light in the horizon, although the light is a bit dimmer for the Tarb;-_'s, and who knows with this much heat maybe they _____ make it worth it to go away, and smart enough to know if my case gets filed, The damage publicly will not be pretty, especially now that the responce to someone doing this to my house, has gotten a 100 times more, responce than I ever thought after seeing my house, oops X house sniff sniff, in this graffiti style, public warning story, that somehow got written on this house. But the other home, my home hurt the most, but turn the cheek, right as long as the other cheek had writting on it, and onward and upward..... Lord help me please, and remind me that, I do not need a permenant ink marker for that cheek. and thank you for the kindness and genuine care that comes from special people, who obviously know you well, and one that has a most fitting and well given name, which I am sure is no accident.... Your awesome Faith.
