I was really touch by your story and my heart grieved for you, but I have a question for you. Did you say you made graffiti in your own house in a story form?

Tyler, please control your anger. This is not the proper way to fight it. How can the Judge give justice to your case when you have already done so.
I know it's easy said than done but everybody was deceived and defrauded by all these predatory lenders and brokers and appraisers. The whole United States suffered from this unseen recession, housing calamity.

May I suggest that you pick up yourself together, stand up and let wisdom and control, discernment and insights rule over you. There's a lot of ways to fight predatory lenders and this is not one of them. You are in the right path giving story to the newspapers, tv station, giving flyers, writing to Senators and Congressman and the President and his vice and the court. And the most important thing, call on God and he will show you great and mighty things which you do not know.

Well, I have had problems too with my house. I was also angry because I lost my job caused by uninsured driver. We put all our equity money of $150k, savings and 401k's of $92k to that house for 2 years. We have to use it while I was recuperating, with no income and no job available we are now considered senior citizen, no one wants to hire us. That money disappeared fast and now we are renting an apartment but very happy because we don't have to pay property tax of $6118 a year, fire insurance of $100 a month, melloroose and hoa of $200 a month, and we don't pay water and trash which we saved $150 a month. Life is full of troubles, we have to make the best of it.

I asked God to help me handle our problems. I called all Chistian Churches, CBN, TBN and everyone that I know and ask for their prayers that God in his power will intervene in my case. He did, thank God he lead me to loansafe.org and to Moe, *** Professor Shays and Andrew, they all give me helpful information and tips how to deal with CW. After 10 months CW approved the Short Sale and they will not pursue any deficiency judgment against me and my husband.

Don't worry about your employer, they are not the kind of employer you will want to work with if you know what they are doing against their Managers behind their backs. I know through my first agent and that's what made me sick to my stomach.

Why don't you write a financial hardship letters to CW to ask for a loan modifications to keep your house while you are waiting for the Judge rule over your case. You have to show the Judge that a fraud was committed in your house and you don't give the defrauder ammunition against you. I pray that God will help you everyday in your decision making because this is very hard, but I know there is nothing to hard for God, if you trust in Him. May he guard your heart and your mind. You're forever in my prayers.
