Hi everyone....I was TOO quick to be moved over to Success.....I have waited a week and 2 days for the supposed "Heart" documents...they never showed up!....I called Sheila back today and was told that my original modification that I signed and notarized AND was listed on
CW's website as "Completed"!! has been Denied! Sheila can't give me the reasons??!!?? I stayed calm, however, I told her that I haven't received the "new documents"....she now tells me that I will be getting another packet of docs?!!?? Meanwhile I was originally told that my "new" payment was due Sept 1. Now she says don't pay the payment!! And my new payment will be due Nov 1. This is crazy....just when I felt like things were working out and now I don't know what to believe....
