I will continue to update this post as new loan products become available along with any info on rebuilding your credit.i just feel really strongly on this i dont want people to think that when they got thier loan modifried that they are all set. nobody wants to be in this same situation again in 5 yrs. we all must be diligent and proactive in finding a 30 yr fixed note that we are comfortable with.
