does anyone know when all 3 credit bureaus are going to be fully using this.

i had just read that if you gained points in the past by piggy backing credit. those points you earned from piggybacking will be removed from you score and and will impact you negatively. this is for authorised users.
so i need to research some more but i believe if mom or dad have great credit and open up a joint acct with you then it will affect you positively.
