Thanks again Moe. We don't even know who the title company/attorney was/is. We never received a copy of our appraisal or anything. I have decided to sent a certified letter for a formal request of our loan documents form Citi Mortgage. I want to trust they will send them from our phone conversation but I just want to make sure our request doesn't get "lost".
I have been so upset I just don't know what to do. I really believe we were victims of predatory lending but how to prove? I guess starting with comparing the documents is a start? I have also decided we will hire an attorney to review all the documents once we get them. I think that would be a start. Thanks again. I cannot express my gratitude enough! |
