Since you are still in BK, Litton may not want to deal with you on the mortgage until the automatic stay is lifted on the BK. Your attorney will need to do this and or get a letter from the judge allowing the
loan modification on the mortgage to happen.
You will have to contact Litton at the number that I gave you to see if they will work with you or only with the court.
