Yes, all we really need is a little wiggle room. We have been fortunate to have affordable child care and are just trying to make sure that with the addition of another child we can continue to pay for our home. We also just want to get over the fear of what our interest rate will be the nest time it goes up. We have made a commitment to stay here long term. |
