Now, after trimming my budget, what do I do next?
call them?
write the letter and send it and wait for response? Do I have to attach documentacion of expenses on my first comunication or they will ask for it later?
should I address my concerns for both loans at once or one by one?

I saw a list of phone and emails on this site but the letter goes to just one address?
Pleeeeeease advise me
