Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | Fraud Case Against Countrywide Hey I'm wondering if going to the Riverside County District Attorney would work for me. I'm new and stumbled on to this fantastic site, boy I wish I had found you 2 years ago. when my saga started. I read posts all nite last nite, lol. and to the guy that talked about scumbags for not paying for 11 years: Well I can't comment on that guy's story but my 2 years going now with 2 homes, which just lost my home, HAS BEEN HELL ON EARTH AND I WOULD'VE GLADLY PAID THE MONEY IF I COULD THAN TO FIGHT THIS... BEING RIGHT, DOESN'T MEAN YOUR GONNA WIN, AND THEY ALL LIE IN COURT and doing IN PRO SE against attorneys and people that lie, they finally beat up somuch, and had agency after agency on me to beat me up more, all dismissed unfounded, but I just couldn't keep going back every week. Still have the one home my client bought going on1 1/2 years now no payment to countrywide (servicer) but a date this month has been set. This e mail to Dave Sambol the president of Countrywide will give you a glimce in to my saga, and I will write my story in the proper forum but saw this thread and wondered ... i wrote to Mr S. since he had responded to my in the past, almost fell over but he did, this time not much luck .... e mail..................... This is my 3rd e mail sent with no responce

Subj: Mr. Sambol, please respond to my inquiry,,, or assign someone too. This is my 3rd e mail to you, and I realize you a very busy man all the time but especially right now, but please read it and respond or have someone respond for you. In the Fraud Case I'm going to file on the mortgage company but have to file on Countrywide First since you bought the loan from them with all its defects are how I believe they refer to it, But they knowingly passed the Fraud on to Countrywide... i.e. My e-mail to you to keep Countrywide as a Plaintiff with me, and skip the Countrywide as a First Defendant and then Go to MHM, It helps Me, and the press is good for Countrywide helping me, and righting a wrong that has financially devastated especially myself since as the Realtor, I did what was right, to mitigate my clients damages and took over the property to deal with the whole situation. I did not fore see, nor think about how much this ordeal would effect my family, my self, and how bad it would really get, but I had no choice, as I feel, you shouldn't either, since I hope you were not party to the fraud, and just dooped by Mission Hills knowingly passing the FRAUD to you. not once but twice, ( As I will explain in detail to you) and only by me telling you about it, were you aware of the FRAUD and then decided to learn more and go to the AID of one of your Customer's, and RIGHT the WRONG done and there was WRONG done. FRAUDULANT WRONG DONE and then passed to you to deal with it. MY WAY IS JUST THE UNEXPECTED WAY, MHM it's management team, the loan agent ever thought it would be dealt with by you. Please you should hear all that makes this case, a loosing fight for,Mission Hills Mortgage and by all reason should mitigate their damages, By the events that happened, and the FRAUD they maliciously and knowingly passed on to Countrywide, was a mistake. Obviously, Just a few other points, the FRAUD was committed on my client who had a 817 FICO middle score, and, most likely has the 8 at the end now. so nothing wrong with the qualifying side, Next, It's was my 1st time using MHM, the agent approached me, wanting my business, I was at a top producing status in my office at the time. This is where there is insult to injury MHM is owned and operated by the same corporation or partnering corporation that owns TR, in California, so they brag, TR was the Broker of Record for my license as a Realtor for the prior two years. This week I learned I have no Broker of Record, and no notice from T to my dismissal, not surprising since the financial devastation caused by the FRAUD ended my career at that point, and dealing with the fallout for the past ongoing 2 years... including foreclosure of my own home, the fight IN PRO PER which a won a few bitter sweet days over the 30 year vet. for Freddie Mac. But more than I could do in the long run. Filing Bankruptcy IN PRO SE . granted and discharged all debt, but with an appeal to the appeal et us court. I realized I was just fighting to loose, until the FRAUD CASE is litigated or settled but was fighting to save what I had, I am sorry this is more you need to hear about my demise. If you would please respond to my e-mail, I would appreciate it, so I will know how to proceed, or forced to proceed. Don't get me wrong, with Countrywide with me, helps me tremendously, in expediting and hopefully costs, and I pray that you do. If not I will proceed anyway, already sending an e-mail to every named and unnamed attorney I can find or hear of, to enlist their help to RIGHT the WRONG of FRAUD from a Company owned lender, to a company Realtor to his Client passed on to the one of the largest lenders Countrywide that ....... guess we wait for the outcome here. Your customer's in need, Please help us,. or respond accordingly, Tyler D. and son Austin D.... now very reluctant welfare participant's, and my Client, J.R.,, the original titl. Which now has a foreclosure sale date this month, that may force me to file a conversion from 7 to chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court to avoid property to be taken by Countrywide and Kings Consortium lenders. So that I have time to file FRAUD Case in court. ...any suggestions from you guys at Loansafe.com would be appreciated I'll write the full story next day or so. and with it being a Fraud case do you think it would behove me to go to the D.A.
