Wink Re: Working on a loan mod with AHMS, one way or another I'm getting a lower payment!

Mustangpg....

Hi there! I'm an AHMSI borrower as well....I am not late yet (my rate adjusts in August) and I have applied for a loan mod and was denied, I have an attorney doing this for me because I felt like OOMC was too difficult to deal with (especially if you're current)....you definitely have your work cut out for you because AHMSI is very difficult to deal with and there have been a few denials as of late......with that said, it's not impossible, it's just A LOT of time and effort....so, dig your heels in and prepare for a fight. Don't worry you have us here at the forum to advise you and help you through the process. We have your back!

If there's anything I can do to help holler and I'll do my best to help you out BUT ***, Moe, and Andrew are the experts and can advise you on exactly what needs to be done.

Good luck and God bless!
