Yes much better rate 6.5% fixaed for 30 yrs. MY ltv is 80%. IM finally approved with indymac. Brian I have a question if i sign those papers with countrywide will that screw me up with rescinding the loan that we talked about. If so how would i go about rescinding the loan with countrywide with the violations you found? |
