| Re: Saxon Loan Modification - Not Late, Though My experience tells me it is better to go with a licensed attorney who deals with real estate law and modifications who DOES HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST IN MIND. As you yourself say, Saxon is not looking out for your best interest. Why would you continue pumping money into a promise from a entitly you do not trust? I know it is scary but if they are not applying your money, holding it into account, and telling you they are going to reverse negative credit reporting, I would be very sceptical. I know there are concerned attorneys working at flat rates to stop this cycle of fear being created by the lenders. Us, as consumers need to put the power back into our hands. After all if it wasn't for the consumer there would be no lender making bundles of money while we lose our homes to their lust for greed! Sorry the 4th gets me all pumped up, and I think its time for a consumer revolution! Good luck, my best advice would be to seek out an attorney, pay him a month or so of your mortgage and have them resolve this problem for good! |
