I can't answer for Saxon but another member in the forum had sent in a monthly payment during the loan modification. They were approved for the mod at the same time the payment made. The lender held it in a "hold" and when they needed the $ for a downpayment, the lender transfered the $ and used it for the downpayment.. So all the member has to do is to sign his docs.. rj |
