Re: Anyone with experience dealing w/ CW for a deed-in-lieu of foreclosure?

okay, I think I understand. I'm so sorry, I didn't get it before. Like I said, I haven't really been sleeping -- I'm not really hitting on all 8 cylinders here lately. When I do sleep, it is not a restful kind of sleep by any means.
And I thought getting divorced was stressful - ha! That was a piece of cake compared to this!
I will compose a hardship letter and email it. It's okay to send it even tho I am not technically delinquent yet, right? 'Cuz they won't even talk to me on the phone -- I guess email is the way to go.
Thank you for your extraordinary patience with me -- I promise I don't mean to be as stupid as I sound. I should have read many many other posts before I posted mine. So many of my questions were answered in other people's posts.
Honest, I'm just not myself lately. And there aren't a whole lot of resources available for those who find themselves in my situation. So, by the time I got here, I was already stressed out; and stressed in a way I can't even describe stressed out.

Thanks so very much -- I am truly gratelful for the help and assistance,
Serene
