Worried, can you please keep me informed what you find out from Hoodcana1? I am new to this and I don't really know how to navigate the sight. But I am also with WAMU throught Long Beach and my mortgage is going to reset in Dec. and I want to be proactive and try to modify. This story gave me some hope, I jus want to freeze my rate if possible....even if it goes up a little, but we can't afford it the way it is structured. Would love to see how things go for you as well.
